There are so many vegetables in the garden.  Here are a few pictures.

How do you like to eat cucumbers? Our family will slice them and put oil, vinegar, sugar and a little pepper.

Green fig

Grape tomatoes (Firm little gems)

At work two of the guys I work with will slice the cucumbers, put lemon or lime juice, some salt, and sprinkle it with chili powder.

Artichoke

    1. I like them in salad too. I have a harder time eating them by themselves. :)

  2. I love cucumbers -- plain, marinated, in salad, pickled! Yummy! : )

Great pictures, Katey! I love that you guys have artichoke plants! Delicious! Do you like yours dipped in butter or mayo. I like both, but prefer mayo. : )

    1. I thought I replied to this earlier. We let them flower out because we aren't huge fans of artichokes. Shame on us I know. :)

I am not a fan of mayonnaise so I would probably say butter if I did.

  3. Hi Katey,

Nice photo's. Tried Felipe and Ivan's recipe, lemon, salt and tobasco. Dad wouldn't try it. I did ok, when eating cottage cheese with it. By itself, it was rather hot. We should try artichokes again, they just seem like a lot of work. You were brave to try the grape tomatoes. I thought you might like them. Sorry.
