I am wondering if I am a peanut butter snob? We opened a new container of Jif peanut butter and the flavor is absolutely amazing. We had bought Skippy before and I can tolerate it just doesn't taste as good as Jif.
The ingredients on Jif have molasses and Skippy does not have molasses. I think that might be the difference. So, is anyone else a peanut butter snob?

Hmmm . . . I haven't noticed this. I buy both, but now I'm going to have to do a taste test. We'll have a blind taste test, and I'll get back to you with the results. ;-)
ReplyDeleteWe did this when we first realized we might be peanut butter snobs and I actually couldn't tell the difference so it might be a brand thing. :)
